Management is not that hospitable to say the least. For a monthly rate, the room is a pretty good bargain, since it does include wifi, cable, and all utilities; other than that, it's just the bare bones. The fridge is extremely small and you can barely fit much into it. The gym is run down and there is only one treadmill that works. The staff acts as if they are constantly depressed about something or other.

First of all there were tenants downstairs who had huge dogs who attacked the windows every time we walked by. Our room was way below standards, even for pet friendly. My husband wears white socks and walked across the carpet one time. He showed them to me and the entire bottoms were black as if he had gone outside and walked across the pavement. It was terrible and we will not be staying there again. To be fair my friend and I came down and stayed in a regular room, it was cleaner but had a chemical smell that irritated our eyes and nostrils.

When my mom and I arrived the young guy was very nice and helpful too. My mom is an elderly lady and needs certain accommodations. She was very happy with the room, and I was very happy with the room and rate. From the moment we called to the moment we left we had an excellent experience with them.
