Built in 2022, this lovely two-story floor plan is situated in The Woodlands at Cross Creek. This home features almost 1,700 square feet with three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a large lower-level family room and an over-sized garage and a covered front porch. Situated a short distance from Holts Lake of Cross Creek, many area stores including grocery stores, hardware stores, area restaurants, golf course and minutes from the Branson Landing. Management is not that hospitable to say the least. For a monthly rate, the room is a pretty good bargain, since it does include wifi, cable, and all utilities; other than that, it's just the bare bones.
